Rema, the superstar of Afropop, has released not one but two brand-new singles to kick off his 2023 year.

The immense growth that the singer continues to sustain as he dominates global music charts is brought to light in the double-sided singles “Holiday” and “Reason You.”

Holiday” provides an upbeat and exciting look at the path the 22-year-old singer has taken.

The young singer sings about his feelings for his love interest in a sweeter tone in the track “Reason You,” which takes Rema in a completely different direction.

Black Sherif’s talent and capacity to obtain the international recognition he deserves have once more made Ghana proud.

The award-winning musician has contributed to the soundtrack for Michael B. Jordan’s “Creed III” movie, which is scheduled to debut on March 3.

The song features three artists. Bas, Kel-p, and Black Sherif appear on the song, which was produced by J Cole’s Dreamville record label and features Black Sherif.

Fans are salivating over Black Sherif’s talent, and the song is titled “blood, sweat, and tear.”

DJ Lag, a gqom producer from South Africa, has announced the tour dates for 2023, which will take him to Europe, North America, Asia, and Africa.

The hitmaker will collaborate and record with local artists in places he will visit during the Alpha-Zulu (A-Z) tour, which is currently in India.

DJ Lag stated, “This tour is about performing, collaborating, and recording on every continent. Alpha-Zulu (A-Z) represents something that goes from start to finish.” I want to combine genres and come up with new sounds.

The incredible 2022 that saw DJ Lag rise to the top of the global electronic music scene with the release of his debut album, Meeting With The King, is followed by the Alpha-Zulu tour.

The album was one of Resident Advisor’s Best Albums of 2022, and the song “Raptor,” which was co-written with Sinjin Hawke, was named one of Clash magazine’s essential 10 summer 2022 tracks.

“It will be about experimenting and exploring on stages and studios from Mumbai to Miami to Accra and many others in between. I’m looking forward to a lot more on this tour than just the music! Like finding the best barber in the world,” he said.
