In the year 2020, drill music was introduced heavily into the Ghanaian music scene from Kumasi. However around Ghana, here are some artists who have proven that they they are versatil enough to hope and the new trend.
In no particular order, lets big up with the Asaaka guys made up of Yaw Tog, Kawabanga, OKenneth, Reggie, Jay Bahd, City Boy, Kwaku DMC, Sean Lifer. who have influenced the drill culture heavily with songs like Akatoc, Sore, Condemn, Madrip to mention a few. Their deliver on each song has been exceptional winningthe hearts of most Ghanaians.
Songs like Akobam and Cold have made Joey B an artist whose name can not be taken out of this list.
Medikal has also on countless songs proved that he’s got the drill vibe in his DNA:
Kofi Mole is also a drill lover who delivers beautifully on drill songs. Casing point with Pulele:
